This Privacy Policy explains how Nepal Ludo League ("we", "us", "our"), the operator of the Ludo League mobile application and related services (the "App"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the App and your account;
- Matchmaking, run tournaments, compute standings and leaderboards;
- Process entry fees, wallet top-ups, prizes, and payouts;
- Detect and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse (server-authoritative play);
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- Comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations;
- Send service-related notifications.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:
- Payment processors (eSewa, Khalti, Stripe) to handle transactions;
- Service providers that host our infrastructure, send notifications, and provide crash/analytics tooling, under confidentiality obligations;
- Other players, limited to your public profile (username, avatar, rank/stats);
- Authorities when required by law, regulation, or to protect our rights and users.
4. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Transaction and compliance records may be retained longer where required by law. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of data in transit, access controls, and secure infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
6. Your Rights & Choices
- Access & correction: view and update your profile in the App.
- Account & data deletion: request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing bharpardoevents@gmail.com. We will process verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements. How to delete your account
- Marketing: opt out of non-essential messages at any time.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it. Tournaments with entry fees and cash prizes remain limited to users who are 18 or older.
8. International Users & Jurisdiction
The App is operated from and primarily intended for users in Nepal. By using it, you consent to processing of your information as described here, in accordance with applicable Nepali law.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the App or by other means. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
