These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and participation in the Nepal Ludo League ("NLL", "we", "us", "our"), a national competitive Ludo tournament organized by Bharpardo Events Pvt. Ltd., including the official Ludo League mobile application, this website, and all related online auditions and offline events (together, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or participating in NLL, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Participation is open to players in Nepal and Nepalis abroad who can meet the tournament requirements.
- The Service is intended for users aged 13 and over. Any paid tournaments involving entry fees or cash prizes are restricted to users who are 18 or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
- Minors may only participate with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
- Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the organizers may be restricted from winning certain prizes to preserve fairness.
2. Registration & Accounts
- You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- One account per player. Duplicate, fake, or shared accounts may be disqualified.
- We may verify your identity, age, and location before advancing you through the tournament.
3. Tournament Format & Selection
NLL Season 1 is a hybrid competition. Open online auditions run in the app; top-ranked players qualify for regional selections, and finalists advance to offline stages culminating in the championship. Schedules, brackets, qualification criteria, the number of qualifiers, venues, and dates may change; we will announce material changes through official channels.
4. Fair Play & Anti-Cheat
- Play is monitored for fairness. Online matches are server-authoritative and audited for anomalies.
- Cheating, collusion, use of bots or automation, exploiting bugs, or manipulating results is strictly prohibited.
- Violations may result in warnings, score adjustments, disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and account suspension, at our discretion.
5. Entry Fees, Prizes & Payouts
- Where entry fees or prizes apply, the amounts, eligibility, and conditions will be published for that stage or event.
- Prizes are awarded only to verified, eligible participants who comply with these Terms and any event-specific rules.
- Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless expressly stated. Applicable taxes and deductions are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Payments and payouts are handled by third-party gateways; we do not store your full card or bank credentials.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, officials, or staff;
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Post or transmit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content;
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
The NLL name, logos, marks, the Ludo League app, and all associated content are owned by Bharpardo Events Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them without prior written permission. By participating, you grant us permission to use your username, gameplay footage, and likeness for broadcast, promotion, and coverage of the league.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties such as app stores, hosting, notification, and payment providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for interruptions, errors, or loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access or participation at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or cheating, or where required to protect the Service and its users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the app, this website, or other official channels. Continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
